We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If, for any reason you wish to return something, you may send it back within 30 days from the date of purchase for a prompt refund. Please be sure that the items being returned are unopened, in their original packaging, and with no signs of use (resale-able condition).
Please note: all returns on drop shipped items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
How do I make a return?
To return an item, please call us to receive an RA# to help us track your order. Please also include a note with your RA# on it within the box.

To receive a full refund, please be sure that items are in brand-new condition, in their original packaging with no signs of use.
Please let us know why you are returning the item, as this helps us in collecting additional information about our products and customers' experience.
What if I’ve received an incorrect or damaged item?
Call or email us to discuss it, and get an RA#.
If it’s our error we will pay for your return shipping. We will also promptly send you an exchange or issue you a full credit including the original shipping.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you would need to pay for return shipping. However, if the return is a result of our mistake or the item was delivered damaged, we would pay the shipping charges.
Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it.
Can I do an exchange?
We certainly will allow you to make an exchange. The way we’ve found it to be easiest is to purchase your replacement item in a separate order, and mail back the item(s) you don’t want for a refund.
I received this item as a gift but I want to exchange it. How do I do that?
Follow the return instructions, and instead of issuing a credit to the purchaser, we will issue you a gift certificate for the equal amount. You may then place a new order for whichever items you’d like instead.
How long before I receive my credit?
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email after your return has been processed.
