We all love our SnackTAXI's and the snack-sack is the perfect fit for rice cakes, pretzels or corn chips, and is equally good for fruit, carrots or celery sticks!

SnackTAXI's are lined with a high-quality and BPA-free coated nylon, and can be machine washed and dried, or simply wiped clean with a damp sponge.

After testing every brand of reusable sandwich bag last fall, we very quickly landed on the decision to carry the best of the bunch, SnackTAXI.

They come in fun and playful designs, they are a mom run company that will never outsource labour, and on top of that.... they're also the childrens top pick. Our kids were sent to school with all kinds of brands, and Snack TAXI by far got the most compliments and "where did you get those" type questions!

Not sure how often you have to wash them?
if it's just dry snacks inside, we just use them a bunch of times and then throw them in the wash (yes, laundry safe!). If we're using something wet or sticky, all you have to do is turn it inside out and soap it off, then let dry in the rack. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I invented the first snackTAXI way back in 2003 as a way to stem the tide of plastic ziplock bags that flowed from our house to the landfill when our 3 kids started school! We were packing over 500 lunches every year, and had definitely fallen prey to the easy appeal of the ziplock baggie.

snackTAXIs are easy too - really! They are made in our rural Massachusetts workshop by talented (and fun!) local sewers - we are committed to keeping our business local, and will never outsource our labor.
